After editions held in 2023 and 2025 in Paris, we are now holding a workshop dedicated to pharmacometrics during the StanCon in Uppsala on Friday the 21st of August 2026. 

This symposium will showcase recent advances and practical experiences of Bayesian modeling of longitudinal biomarkers data, with a focus on pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and disease progression.

Building on a series of dedicated Stan-for-pharmacometrics meetings, the session will highlight how Stan enables flexible model specification, rigorous uncertainty quantification, and modern workflow integration for complex longitudinal and hierarchical data.
